A new menu every day
Every morning Nonna decides herself what she will cook today, so the dishes are different every day.

Nonna's vegan cakes and pies
All our cakes and pastries are vegan, with no eggs and no milk. Sweet ones are made with almond flour and agave syrup instead of sugar, savoury ones with rice flour. Some contain nuts. Instead of egg white we use chickpea water (aquafaba).
A family restaurant, run by our mum.
When my sister and I left home, the kitchen got too quiet for our mum. So I opened this place for her, to make sure Nonna would always have guests coming over.
She runs it on her own and cooks everything herself. Many guests come back again and again, even from abroad.
I have lived abroad most of my life. I believe every country needs one place like this, where anyone can walk in and feel at home. In Tallinn, this is it.
